“Perfect birthday trip!”
My wife and I had a wonderful stay for her birthday. We arrived and got upgraded as a birthday surprise and were able to enjoy a wonderful, spacious suite with beautiful views and a rooftop terrace. Customer service is appallingly bad. You feel you are an inconvenience to them and their understanding of hospitality is so basic. “Average for expensive spa hotel”
We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was big and comfortable but only a shower and no bath. From the shower came a weird unenjoyable smell from time to time.
