“Nice Hotel in a Great Location”
Stayed at the NH Graz for four nights with my spouse. We stayed in a larger junior suite that had a wall to wall window with a wonderful view of the park. “Other than room temperature - nice stay”
Overall this was a good stay. Friendly staff...clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately we could not get the room temperature below 24 degrees and it was 25 most of the night. Finally at about 4am it started to cool off. Otherwise, great location. Quiet yet centrally located and worth the cost.

“Good rating”
Hotel perfectly located with parking area next to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. In the room the mattress is a bit hard, air circulation in the bathroom runs automatically (a bit disturbing in the evening/night).

“Five-star staff. Zero-star Air-Conditioning”
The staff here are excellent. Every one of them. Especially Telin. The room met my expectations for a four-star hotel, with one major exception. It was clean. Good size. A fridge. A safe. A Nespresso machine. Nice bathroom. Armchair. But……. They advertise Air-Conditioning. But it does not exist. … more
