We were here for celebrating and skiing. The staff were so nice to prepare the swan towel folding and arranged the room on the highest floor. The view was incredible. The sauna was comfy too. “Nice”
Beautiful hotel room with postcard view. Location perfect next to train station and near to everything. Breakfast is decent but adequate. Service is very good. Will cone back again

“Super room bad service”
The room was beautiful. very spacy and all you need witk a beautiful view at the mountains. Unfortunately the service waas not what you can and must expect. I don't care if something goes wrong, but promising you fix it and then not delivering is disappointing.

Aircon wouldnt cool off. Room stayed hot with no way to cool. Mattress had large slump in middle and smell of plumbing in building and floor
