“Lovely stay”
My husband and I stayed here recently with our dog. It was a very nice hotel and I wish I could have stayed longer. We had an amazing view of the town of Natters from our room. “Beautiful hotel!”
very nice rooms! we had a fantastic view from our balcony! we had eaten in the restaurant, we were helped quickly, the food was served quickly and a nice restuarant to sit in, it was delicious. staff not always friendly or professional, despite that had a good Experience!

“Girls trip”
The staff was great and the food was excellent. But there were things Americans are not accustomed such as no AC even though we asked to have it turned on. We were provided fans. The layout was odd in that outlets were in odd places, and, no mirror in the bathroom. The view was spectacular!!!!

“Hotel very good, staff incompetent”
The hotel is at a very nice location close to Innsbruck, I traveled with the motorbike there and the hospitality was good . The staff was however and still is today incompetent.
