Claudia is an asset To ANY organisation & you should be very proud of her that she works for you ! Great front line customer service experience, transparent /sensitive, caring & helpful. Claudia went above & beyond what was expected of her & she made our holiday simple & pleasant - thank you - - Hotel just perfect for families who are looking for a standard base but not much more than this-great for us as we were out exploring all day so wouldn’t have benefited from spending too much on luxury accommodation . Thank you to domestic staff & Stephan for creating a relaxed environment & maintaining open communication. Just what we needed following a difficult 18months . Catering staff could have been a little more approachable and I encourage to look at revising the breakfast menus/choices as very overpriced for limited options. Hotel clean & tidy maintaining the history & quaintness in a unique village however in respect of other neighbouring hotels & accommodation I suggest a more updated version going forward with furniture items/beds in an attempt to remain in keeping with local competition with a more modern theme . have a productive new year ! “A quiet stay in the mountains”

We had a fabulous stay in this quiet but handy location. Great sized room and balcony with beautiful views. Hosts were very welcoming and gave great travel tips. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely old guest house. Great location , walking distance to town. Good size room, bathroom and balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, but Expedia page is a bit outdated. Good location and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, it was unclear that a bar or a restaurant would not be available on the Expedia page. No tea or coffee making facilities, I understand it was changed to a bed… more

Nothing wrong with the hotel, but Expedia page is a bit outdated. Good location and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, it was unclear that a bar or a restaurant would not be available on the Expedia page. No tea or coffee making facilities, I understand it was changed to a bed and breakfast sometime in the last year (if longer then I don't know why they have not removed the blackboard with tonight's specials). The seasonal outdoor natural swimming pond had fish living in it and was overgrown. Photographs show cable cars running past the hotel, this has now been closed, I would suggest for at least a year. We did feel like we were in the way when we played cards downstairs. The shared balcony was a security risk, I kept closing the windows to keep the room secure (and smokers air out) but the cleaner opened them, and as it was next to a door with no 'lock' - only a lift up mechanism, there was nothing to stop someone putting their arm through the window to open the door. No safe in the room. I understand that Austria has recently implemented an indoor smoking ban, perhaps the hotel should consider implementing no smoking on the shared balcony areas. All of our belongings smelled of cigarette smoke for the next 3 days even things that we kept in the bathroom.
