“Cozy hotel in quiet village with great service and close to the skiing area”
We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It’s located in a quiet and cozy village just outside of Kirchberg. Only 5 min by bus or car to one of the main ski lifts into the skiing area. The breakfast is great. The rooms and hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff is very kind and helpful.

“A haven of peace in rural surroundings”
If you hanker after some peace and quiet Aschau is for you. At the end of a valley so no through traffic. Access by taxi or bus but beware the bus service is very limited on Sundays. Hotel guest card gives free use of bus and reductions on other services. The walking can be as strenuous as you wish… more

“Sweet Hotel”
This sweet hotel is recommended for hikers doing the KAT walk from town to town but I would recommend it to anyone. The town of Aschau is small and quaint and is not far from more well known centers. “Skiing”
This Hotel has everything you need for a short break and has a good nursery slope just outside. The bus stops outside the hotel which is also useful. Taxi costs from Kirchberg are very expensive so don’t miss the last bus 😏
