A very well appointed, immaculate hotel, well placed in the centre of this delightful town. We stayed for one night on the KItzbuhel Alpine Trail but wished we'd had two. We had a lovely spacious room with balcony looking onto the main street. Bathroom rather small but manageable. Breakfast was really excellent here, I had one of the nicest, fluffiest omelettes ever at breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. We ate out at the local chinese restaurant which was a bit indifferent, maybe we should have eaten at hotel, they have a lovely outside space. Highly recommend!

“Winter - ski”

The food - excellent! The room correct! One of the best chice for a winter vacation and skiing purposed. Situated in the center of the small town, with the bus stop for the slopes right in the front of the hotel.I would come again next winter

“Centrally positioned good hotel”

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in a good and well equipped room. The receptionist was very customer friendly and welcomed us very good. We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in a good and well equipped room. The receptionist was very customer friendly and welcomed us very good. The rooms are very noise, so you hear literally everthing from the neighbours and kitchen. In the hotel a wellness center is in the cellar, and promised to be open from 16PM till 20PM, however when we visited the wellness area, we waited till 16:15PM but nothing worked. The sauna was still cold. We mentioend this to the reception and then they turend it on. So we had to wait another 30 minutes to be able to have a hot sauna. If you promise opening times, you have to make sure the sauna is working. The restaurant has a good variety of food. A very bad point is the very unfriendly elderly female bartender, who is not worth working in a bar. I work in hospitality myself, and would terminate this person at an instant. She is not responding to any orders and is leaving for drinks like wine, to the back. Very strange to poor drinks out of sight of the customer!!! We saw her taking 3 oranges to the back and came back with so-called fresh orange juice and then poored from a supermarket carton at least 30% of the drink with this preprepped rubbish. This is a deadsin in this profession. You fool your customers. Due to this, we will neer visit this hotel again, as we think some of the staff have a separate shop in the shop.

Stayed for three nights in aug 2018. The hotel frontage is new and modern, the room we had needed up grading. The photos used might be seen as misleading, the rooms are not all fitted out to a modern standard. The hotel is not in a peaceful location nor by a lake. Everything was clean, but a little old and tired. Good customer service throughout (reception spoke good English) but the hotel sits on a busy main road. Be aware if you book. This was a major disappointment for us as it made the balcony unusable. Food in the Restaurant was good and we enjoyed the breakfast. The resort was not our thing, too busy, noisy and not really the typical Austria alpine experience!
