I came down from the mountains and was very tired. The receptionist was VERY friendly and took the time to explain all the possibilities of the hotel and of Matrei. Was very helpfull with everything. “Awesome”
The hotel is very clean and tidy. Rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very, very kind and the food is awesome. “Very pleasant stay”
Lovely little town and the hotel is nearby stores. There's also ample place for cars. Staff was friendly and was also able to accommodate the preference of a quiet room.
