“An Excellent Experience, both During and After”
The food was consistently the best I have ever had and the Austrian Alps are one of the prettiest places in the world. Plus, the hotel worked to help ship back my wedding suit I accidentally left behind in spite of the headache. 10/10 want to go back ASAP.

We spent one night here before travelling on to Italy. The room was simply wonderful. We had 2 balconies and a view of the Achensee. This was one of only a couple of hotels that responded to our request for information in advance of booking. We were able to book a large group with a choice of rooms. “What's in a borrowed name ?”
Lots of buildings - a bit of a jumble where the hotel owners seem to have bought up neighbouring hotels and incorporated them into their own. So you may have to change buildings for breakfast or the spa ..... Nice breakfast buffet, odd seat allocation. Hotel's fine, the atmosphere was a bit odd.
