Frau Oblasser is very helpful and friendly. (see is more friendly when you try to speak German) the hotel is beautiful and looks like it has just been renovated. the rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything you need. there is also an elevator. the spa area is really nice as well with a turkish steam bath a finish sauna a infra red sauna and a relaxing area. the breakfast is pretty good with everything you need but not excessive. the skibus stops 20 meters from the hotel. It does only go 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the afternoon. I would definitely stay here again. I am not sure if all the rooms are renovated. One negative... I did not like the pillows. to fluffy and flat.

Our room was comfortable, clean, of a good size and with a lovely view. It was serviced daily. The breakfast was included and offered a reasonable selection. The location has advantages and disadvantages. It is a bit out of town and so is blissfully quiet, but that means you need to walk around 25 minutes to get to most of the restaurants and bars or to the main ski lift. There are no restaurants or bars at all close by. There is a stop for the ski bus just outside the hotel, but you need to time it well as the buses to this stop are not very regular. I would have expected a family run guesthouse like this one to have been more proactive in offering information and service. When we asked questions, we were provided with information, but sometimes you don't even know what to ask when just arriving at a location. A short briefing about what was available both in the guesthouse and around it would have been appreciated. There is also information we would have appreciated prior to arrival ( we booked vie email directly with the guesthouse). For example, when we arrived at the train station, we had no idea how to get to the hotel and had to ask around to realise that it would really only be possible by taxi. We also did not even realise there was a special ski storage room in the guesthouse till we noticed it ourselves the day we left.

This hotel is really familiar place. Near to the pension was free bus stop which you can get straight to ski lift. The owner is really helpful. Always in the morning she done pretty tasty fresh bread and eggs. The rooms were always clean but they were not too big. Hotel is hospitable for little dog… more

This hotel is really familiar place. Near to the pension was free bus stop which you can get straight to ski lift. The owner is really helpful. Always in the morning she done pretty tasty fresh bread and eggs. The rooms were always clean but they were not too big. Hotel is hospitable for little dogs or another small animals. The location is not so good, the pension is 15 min walk from the centre.
