Amazing wellness experience at AQUA DOME. What makes this place special is that it is much more than just a spa hotel. The combination of the thermal spa, the beautiful Alpine atmosphere, the hiking activities and the overall wellness concept creates a truly unique experience. I especially loved Spa 3000, the peaceful surroundings and the balance between relaxation and activity. It was the perfect place to mentally and physically recharge. A special thank you to Patrizia from the hiking team. She was absolutely wonderful, professional, motivating and very passionate about her work. Her positive energy made the hiking experience even more enjoyable and memorable. The staff overall was very kind and professional.

This stay was yet another heartfelt confirmation of an extraordinary experience with no equal. I have visited AQUA DOME several times over the years, and this time I returned for a seven day stay that once again exceeded all expectations. AQUA DOME truly stands out for the outstanding quality of its services in every possible aspect, but above all for the genuine care and attention shown to guests by every single member of the staff. From the very first moment, the ability to listen, to understand, and to connect with guests is remarkable - whether at reception, in the restaurant, or throughout the wellness area. Once again, I felt gently guided and cared for step by step, allowing myself to fully let go and enjoy a rare sense of complete disconnection from the pressures of everyday life. Staying at AQUA DOME also means being free from small but meaningful worries, such as having to pay for a bottle of water in the minibar - a simple yet thoughtful gesture that many hotels of this standard still fail to understand. For all these reasons, my sincere and heartfelt thanks go to all the staff and to the management. My wish for the future is that this exceptional level of guest care - so rare today - will always be preserved!

My experience at Aqua Dome was truly exceptional from start to finish. The setting itself is breathtaking — surrounded by the Alps, it feels both peaceful and luxurious at the same time. The hot springs are absolutely unforgettable, especially the outdoor thermal pools where you can relax while taking in the mountain views. It’s the perfect balance of nature and comfort. The food exceeded my expectations. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and genuinely delicious — you can really feel the attention to quality and detail. What made the experience even more special was the service. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Everything felt effortless and well taken care of. This is one of those places that allows you to completely unwind and recharge. I left feeling refreshed, both physically and mentally. I would absolutely love to come back again — and next time, stay even longer.

As an avid swimmer who loves the Austrian Alps, I was genuinely excited to stay at the Aqua Dome on a recent trip. Unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown. I had expected something truly luxe and dramatic -- an experience that embraced the surrounding alpine beauty. Instead, the hotel felt generic and oddly soulless, as though it could have been dropped into any mid-tier ski resort. Our rooms, in particular, felt underwhelming: cheaply furnished and entirely unmemorable. The thermal spa offers a wide range of soaking options, some more appealing than others, but nothing felt genuinely spectacular. Practical details were also frustrating: something as simple as finding a water glass or an extra towel proved surprisingly difficult. After three days of navigating the endless underground passageways between the hotel and spa—more reminiscent of a shopping mall basement than a serene alpine retreat—we were more than ready to leave. To be fair, the food was excellent and abundant, and the staff were consistently warm and helpful. But ultimately, the hotel itself fell well short of the promise and setting.
