We have visited a lot of places, and Ferienhaus Unger is the best -ever. Rented an apartment, well equipped and the furniture was both comfortable and stylish. Large bathroom with Geberit WC (!) and TV above the bathtub. Kitchen so well equipped. Our own little garden and terrace outside. Everything clean and tidy, and the owner very welcoming and helpful. We will sure want to come back here. Good value for the price.

“Homely, central, modern with great views”

My family and I were revisiting the Achensee 25 years after we last stayed in the area. We found Feienhaus Unger on the internet and were so pleased with it. We had apartment number 2, which has two large double bedrooms with great storage (hanging and drawers). Our apartment (number 2 - first floor, only stairs) had both bedroom windows which overlooked the road, however it was generally quiet. Very little traffic (most people staying in Pertisau walk around). On a couple of nights we heard revellers returning home, but it was all good natured and not much of an inconvenience We rarely heard other guests staying in the guesthouse (and there was an apartment above). The bathroom is modern and stylish, with a lovely walk-in shower and radio in it. The kitchen/lounge is small but well equipped - the kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, fridge (with small freezer), filter coffee machine, kettle. The sofa very comfortable, and the best feature is the wonderful balcony is amazing views across the field. We stayed 28 July to 5 August 2018, and the balcony gets (very hot during out week) evening sun which is beautiful. Great views of mountains and church, from which you get 'Ave Maria' gently playing across Pertisau at midday and 6pm each day. Frau Unger is very hospitable and there is a great service for people in apartments that you can order bread the day before and the baker delivers and it arrives outside your door in the morning for your breakfast. There is the option to have breakfast downstairs (at your cost), although we preferred to have breakfast in our apartment. The beds were really comfy, the apartment is very central. There is a shop (Dorfladen) just past the tourist office - although we did a big shop in Jenbach at Hofer (which is Aldi in Austria). We HIGHLY recommend this apartment and this location. “Lovely stay in a lovely apartment!”

We recently enjoyed a week in a one of the very nice apartments in Haus Unger, very clean and modern, absolutely everything we needed. Quiet but direct access to the loipe. Frau Unger is extremely helpful and friendly. Coudln't recommend highly enough
