Amazing attention to details, all rooms (common areas and apartments) are very nicely furnished and decorated. Spacious rooms with large balconies, very comfortable sleeping and sitting area. The pool is well sized, was never crowded. There is no restaurant or bar but they do serve drinks that can be enjoyed next to the cozy fireplace. I thought breakfast was a bit expensive, but to be honest it is well above average in quality as well as variety. On top, they were kind enough to not charge for all of us, when they noticed some of us didn’t eat much. Above all, the kindness and service of the personell is really outstanding!

“Great location, beautiful stay.”

Stayed for an Autumn weekend in October. The location is nice, views are great as one would expect and breakfast was really good and rich. But the lady of the house and her welcoming manner added that extra bit that made the stay a really fantastic one. Very highly recommended.

It's nice, clean, tidy and that was our 3rd stay at this lovely mountain garni with rooms and apartments. the pool and the sauna are spotless and you can sunbathe in the garden at the back of the hotel. Good value for money. It's possible to have an apartment with breakfast, which is rich and fresly made. A must in Seefeld. Very convenient location for all the major sights in the Karvendel region.

We stayed in summer 2010 in a little apartment : sleeping room, kitchen-living and bathroom. Good austrian standard for the little nice hotel garni. Very cosy the little spa. Me and my wife appreciated the double sauna and the nice glittering ceeling' swimming pool (in summer better you ask to get warm the water, cause sometimes they get off the hot water).Medium level rooms (bathroom old in some apartment), you better ask for the south side, because of the better view of the mountains and better balcony. They make bread-service if you wish (every morning very fresh bread served at your door), so you can have a breakfast in your apartment. Parking free but too little, some free mountain byke. Good and unformal the service, kinds the lady and the nice daughter Victoria. Good rate price/quality. In a quiet position not far from the city center (just 10 min. walking), you can try the fresh milk directly from the cow just 100 meters long... A place where one may come back...
