Staff very freindly and professional. They took great care of us throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and modern. Pool and sauna perfect after a long day skiing. Seen some comments on size of pool. The pool is typical of what you would find in a health spa and perfetly adequate. Breakfast was well served and diverse enough to meet all families requirements. Lovely bar area with roaring fire to enjoy some apres ski. No complaints. Comes highly reccomended.

Negatives: I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at this hotel. While the property boasts some excellent features, the service failures we experienced were not reflective of a 4-star establishment. I would like to highlight several issues that significantly impacted our experience: • Dinner Service Failures: Most distressingly, we were refused dinner for three consecutive nights because the restaurant was "overbooked." As a guest at a 4-star hotel, it is unacceptable to be left without dining options within the property where we are staying. • Facility Issues: There was a persistent humming noise in our room that disrupted our sleep. Furthermore, the pool temperature was uncomfortably low, making it difficult to use. • Language Barrier & Hospitality: We found that the majority of the staff were quite unfriendly toward guests who did not speak German. A 4-star international hotel should ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, regardless of their native language. • Value for Money: Given the demographic and the service limitations mentioned above, the stay felt significantly overpriced. On a positive note, we did appreciate the high-quality breakfast, the stunning views, and the efficiency of the shuttle service to the train station. However, the lack of hospitality and basic dining service made our stay far from pleasant. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future international guest

It is 5 years that we spend one week at this hotel after Christmas and until the first days of the new year. This year we found many changes unfortunately. The food has completely changed and at dinner there was very little to eat after one day doing sport on the snow. Very poor salads at the buff… more

It is 5 years that we spend one week at this hotel after Christmas and until the first days of the new year. This year we found many changes unfortunately. The food has completely changed and at dinner there was very little to eat after one day doing sport on the snow. Very poor salads at the buffet, very little portions of food served at the table copying the nouvelle cuisine which is not! In the afternoon there is no more the buffet of cakes but you have to order small pieces at the bar. But the worst evening was the New year's Eve dinner. There was nothing to eat but small dishes of nothing...many people were going to the kinder corner to eat pommes frittes and Wiener Schnitzel or bread and cheese....Every evening you saw people taking food at the kinder corner at the end of the dinner because still hungry! The hotel is a 4 star Superior but the cuts of food is really evident! We won't return yo this hotel and we are very sorry after 5 years.
