This family hotel is located next to the slopes. Breakfast is abundant: fresh honey for instance... Dinner also excellent. Wines are mainly Austrian and rather expensive but they come with a free bottle of water. Welness and swimming pool are super. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is well adapted for wheelchairs (except for the bar, a portable ramp could be usefull). We had a great time here.

“Perfect for a short ski break”

Great hotel, located just next to the ski lift. Its modern and bright throughout and has been recently completely refurbished. The bedrooms are spacious and newly decorated, mine was on the first floor facing the street, little bit of road noise but nothing major, it was so hot I slept with the balcony door open so can't have been too bad, there doesn't appear to be any room thermostat, Ive found this in a lot of ski hotels though. The restaurant is a bit of a jumble regarding the tables but aside from that the food was very good and the service excellent, bit of language difficulty but managed to sort it out in the end. I don't think they get a lot of english speaking guests at this hotel as the staff didn't seem to speak much english, its mainly frequented by Austrian/Germans on short breaks. There isn't enough skiing here for anything past 2/3 days, we were on a mini ski tour and moved onto Ishgl and St Anton the next day, what there is is beautiful with a couple of good huts The spa is good, biggish pool and lots of the usual hot cabins steam/sauna/infra-red etc I'd definately recommend this hotel (and 'See') for a short break or part of a tour

“Best place to stay for Skiing Holidays in See”

My wife and two kids 15 y.o. and 9 y.o, stayed for a week this february 2015 and our experience was superb!. Mallaun hotel is a very new building, I think was just renewed 3 months ago, all the facilities are impecable and well thought, There is a pool,sauna and solarium Hotel is just at corner of the Ski lift and there is a special Ski room with an external door that connects witrh the most inmediate exit (which opens automatically with your room key) to the Gondola (Ski) station. The ski room is big enough to leave all your equipment. From what I noticed all rooms has a beautiful view since both sides looks at mountains. We hired breakfast and dinner included, mornings are filled with a variety ofchoices, cheeses, eggs, coffee, hot chocolate, all sort of bakery, fruits, etc, really good. The dinners was amazing, every day a different top chef menu, appetizers, main course, salad bar and dessert of a extremeley high quality, in simple words WOW. The only minor issue was just oine dy our meal took longer than usual to be delivered to our table, but once we tasted,the food was so good that we did not mind at all the waiting time!! The staff are very friendly without any exception, they really care about customer satisfaction. The ski resort has plenty beginners and expert pistes which is very coinvenient is some members of the family are more skilled than the others, my son is extremely good and he found out some track challenging enough to wanting to come back again, The ski resort has a very nice restaurant. I had one of the best BBQ hamburgers and plenty options to choose, I advise to get the either early, 11:45am or after 1:00pm so you can have a table, place is very crowded, first day we had to eat our meal outside. Please be aware the restaurant is CASH ONLY, so bring enough money. The ski passes can be bought with credit card. if you are really a ski fan you can buy a silver pass which allow you to use also other town ski resorts such ISCHGL and others (just 20 min drive). So bottom line I fully reccomend this MALLAUN and SEE town as a place to ski and relax.

“Cozy hotel”

The hotel is cozy and clean. It is close to Ischgl and the prices in December was low compared with other hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and helpfull and the food was very good. It has a spacious parking outside, on the other side of the street.
