“Great hotel in a lovely location in Linz”
I´ve been for one night at this hotel for business reasons. The staff is friendly and everything was really practical and uncomplicated. You get bootles of water as courtesy. Room, bed and shower were very good. Breakfast was also good, with good sort of food. Parking place is available.

“Perfect for training, offsites etc, amazing staff”
Excellent venue for trainings, offsites etc in a cooperative facility up the hill overlooking Linz. Good food, very reasonably priced, and amazing staff who will take care of every request with a smile. Various types of meetings rooms, all facilities available. A returner.

“the view over the city - and a great seminar location”
for a seminar and training hotel it is quite charming. the rooms are up-to-date, the restaurant and catering is great. good coffee machines for the breaks! and what is best is the view over the city. which in turn means, that it is not so easy to get there.

“Good place”
I have been in this residence three times and I can recommend it. The place is quiet, a little out from the center of Linz but easily reachable if you can drive. “Would be perfect with a reception ”
In short: If you don't mind a four minute steep (!) uphill walk*, you won't find a better and cheaper accommodation in Linz. However, the missing reception is a big concern.
