“Good budget hotel”
The hotel is very close to the JKU university. It is a no frills place, but very neat and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had decent number of options and was tasty too. The wifi had decent speed.

“Basic clean rooms”
Basic room but clean. Everything is small. It’s okay for a quick visit but don’t except a very comfortable bed. The people at the hotel are very helpful. If you land on a Sunday afternoon be careful for there are very few places to eat nearby and the kitchen in the hotel is closed.

“Cheap, basic, very hard beds”
Firstly the staff were great, the breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, and cleaned every day. I booked a twin room for a conference at the university, with my wife. “Ok for a short stay”
The hotel's flair is more like a hostel, don't expect too much of comfort. I stayed there several times, the cleanliness of the rooms is certainly improvable. Interesting is the bath room, an orange one-piece all-in plastic cabin. The breakfast is good and decent.
