I stayed at Adina Serviced Apartments in Vienna in a three nights stay at the end of August 2025. Very smooth check in, they managed to give me my room eventhough I was in two hours early of check in time, very good service. Hotel room was big, nice and clean, bed is very comfortable, bathroom worked fine - and there is a little kitchen, a little pot and frying pan, and plates and cutlery for two. The apartment also have a dining table, TV and a fridge with a frost department. The hotel is situated very close to Vienna Central station conveniently for the three stop metro train (U 1) trip to Stephans Church in central Vienna and a good 15 minutes train ride from Vienna airport. Supermarkets and shops are very near at the Central station, and restaurants and cafés also at the central station or on the square in front of the hotel. The hotel is absolutely recommendable and very covenient situated.

“Excellent”

Just opposite the train station. Room is good and clean. Has an Aldi under so very convenient. The only thing is no coffee or tea station in the lobby or in the room. Has laundry facilities unfree so very convenient and reasonable price. Would stay again if I go to Vienna.

We recently stayed for 8 nights at Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna and, overall, had a pleasant experience, especially because of the excellent location. The biggest advantage is the location. The property is less than a 5-minute walk from Vienna Hauptbahnhof (HBF), which made it an ideal base for our trip as we travelled extensively throughout eastern Austria while staying in Vienna. There are also several supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient to buy groceries without having to walk long distances. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly large by European standards. However, there were a few drawbacks that affected our stay. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of an in-room iron. There is only one iron available per floor, so if another guest is using it, you have to wait until it is returned. For a serviced apartment, this wasn't very practical. Laundry facilities were also limited. With only three washing machines and dryers serving approximately 135 apartments, we often had to stay up late at night just to do our laundry. The kitchenette was another disappointment. The bench space is very small, making it unsuitable for proper meal preparation. It's adequate for simple meals, but not for anyone planning to cook regularly. Although we paid an extra €25 for the kitchen pack, it was missing basic utensils such as teaspoons, a vegetable peeler, and a grater. Because of this, despite planning to cook most of our meals, we ended up eating out most days. Finally, the air conditioning could not be set below 22°C. During a summer heatwave, this made the apartment warmer than we would have liked. Overall, Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna is a great choice if you're looking for a clean, comfortable apartment in an excellent location close to Vienna HBF. However, if you plan to cook or do your laundry regularly, be aware of the limitations.

Good location next to the main station so easy to get the underground into the main Vienna districts . Room was ok , a bit tired around the edges . Good location next to the main station so easy to get the underground into the main Vienna districts . Room was ok , a bit tired around the edges . Did not like the bed being up against one wall so one of you had to climb over to get in . No cleaning of room whilst there . Felt a bit impersonal as no other facilities . You can go over to the other Adina apartments ( across the road) for breakfast. We loved Vienna tho but would choose a more central hotel next time .
