“Great Location”
This hotel is in walking distance to everything we needed, and for the tourist sites a bit further away, the subway stop was conveniently around the corner. Staff were all super friendly, the room was well kept, and the breakfast was good (although a bit expensive for what it is).

“Canada gateway”
Nice hotel near the train main station to/from the airport. taking a Metro to Schwedenplatz you are 100m away from the hotel..Fantastic restaurant "greekbeizel" very near. You can easily walk to the Dome and enjoy the "vienner blut".

It had a chance to be 5 stars. The hotel is great, in the center of the city, the people are helpful and friendly BUT be aware that if you buy a Double Superior with an extra big bed, it's literally 2 single beds glued together, if it wasn't this trick trying to foul you, it would be 5 stars.
