good staf.good facility.good location.good service.clean rooms.good price.good good worker.normal breakfast.bequiet enviroment.not near city center and sahil blvd and sea.near to market and fast food and its hard to find taxi in night.

The Ammar Grand is fine in appearance and cleanliness, but is poorly located and doesn't offer much in the way of amenities (no ice, iron, etc.). The Ammar Grand is fine in appearance and cleanliness, but is poorly located and doesn't offer much in the way of amenities (no ice, iron, etc.). The double bed was actually just two singles pushed together, which kept sliding apart, and the blanket doesn't cover two people at the same time. Don't bother with the in-house restaurant, the food is over-salted and over-priced. This place is fine if all you need is a locked door and a place to lay your head, but four stars... ? Hardly.

Hotel Ammar Grand was not at all worth 4* rating and was not up to the mark. Hotel Ammar Grand was not at all worth 4* rating and was not up to the mark. Rooms are specious but lacked basic amenities like tea kettle, iron, iron pressing board, tea/coffee arrangement in the room etc. Room upkeepment was also average. The wash basin tap inside the bathroom was already loose and shaky as if its fixture was broken. We were worried that it might come out . I doubt whether they were cleaning and mopping the room floor daily. They just used to make up the bed tidy. I believe that extra money paid for 4* hotel was really waste of money. However the staff was very cooperative and polite. Only good thing is that their hotel restaurant is open 24 hrs a day.
