“Excellent value for money friendly hotel in Baku”
We stayed for 9 nights in the Harmony Hotel Baku. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable large bed, clean and everything worked perfectly. “Recommended”
Pros: affordable prices, clean, great buffet breakfast, hospitable staff. Cons: poor sound proofing, friends had issues when checking-in (though I didn't). Conclusion: 9 out of 10 P.S. The hotel is somewhat aside of the Old City, but taxi in Baku is really cheap.
