This is a great hotel for the price, it's a little shabby around the edges but the rooms are big and the bed comfortable. The service is second to none, the receptionists are so helpful and let us check in early without an extra charge. Their English is not great but always willing to talk and help… more

This is a great hotel for the price, it's a little shabby around the edges but the rooms are big and the bed comfortable. The service is second to none, the receptionists are so helpful and let us check in early without an extra charge. Their English is not great but always willing to talk and help. Probably the biggest issue was the showers, the stream would be intermittent but on the whole good enough to wash under. I would happily use this hotel again, It's a little out of the town and a 15 min walk to the Metro/Subway/Underground. It is great for the exhibition centre which is just over the road.

This is an average hotel, location is good just two minute walk from hyder ali center which is one of visiting place in Baku. We have taken triple room but double and triple room sizes are same, no additional facilities for triple occupants except one bed and also all beds are single bed. Quite discomfort if you are staying with family. Breakfast is good but same for all the days.

I travelled to Baku on last days of May till 3 rd of June, the hotel located in front of Heidar Aleyov museum,so one of your destinations was gotten by just 2 minuets walks,but for reaching to other top destinations i suggest you the Nermanov metro station as it is located rarely near the hotel about 10-15 minuets by walk.i used metro and bus too.sb introduced me,bus line no 5 in Tebriz street,its around the hotel.it was really good and fast n nice for lazy ppl 😁 the reception woman was really kind,she spoke English good and 2 reception men were really helpful too ,whom works during the nights helped us to have funny nightlifes! as we arrived at noon,the madam gave us a room,we asked for double with king size bed but there were 2 single beds.sb came and detached the beds together! it wasnt comfortable for last nights!our room had a window with buildings view!not enjoying...the worst part of the room was the lights! very dark and there wasn’t any sunny light in room.all were white and it caused to feel boring!other negative points are,there wasn’t any kettle,slippers,trash can and enough electrical outlet in the room!just bed,a tv with Azerbaijani channels ,mini bar! even mirror is only inside of the bathroom! room service has been doing every morning with normal quality!one day they changed the pillows and make uncomfortable situation for us so i asked the receptionist for changing the pillows but he said there isn’t any other pillows !!!we were shocked!! the 2 bottles of water charged every morning with room service.we used the pool,it was good as I’m a swimmer i exercised 2 times,at 6 pm till 10 pm. it seemed clean and acceptable but there wasn’t any slippers or towel for pool!the sunna was small but clean! the breakfast was acceptable but no wow! no variation just not bad!everyday same as b4!just one kind of bread even not lavas bread! soup,helim ,fried egg,cheese and sausages,different jellies,vegetables,nuts and some other normal things! fruit was not fresh! overall i recommend this hotel to ppl who wanna spend time outside more than inside the hotel!
