“Great”

The reception staff made us feel welcome immediately. It was my birthday during the stay & they kindly delivered a cake and green tea to my room. The room was modern and large. It had a great mix of options for breakfast. The gym and sauna were included in our stay and were well kept facilities. I … more

“F1 GP Baku”

The hotel was very good & close to the F1 track (just a few blocks). The room was spacious & the shower pressure good & very clean. The staff were kind & helpful. There is even a good little area on 2nd floor for a quiet cup of tea or whiskey in evening while you plan your day trip. They even organ… more

“Ok hotel considering the circumstance, but could improve easily - if willing”

The Premium Park Hotel was an ideal solution to stay away from the mess of the F1 grand prix while staying close to downtown. The room booked was spacious, albeit a bit "cold" austere atmosphere... easy fix, add a few warm lights and some decorations around the suite. The rest of the hotel is also … more

  • The top reviews of Premium Park Hotel are: Premium Park Hotel is a 3 star hotel. It is a budget friendly property that relies on its service and amenities to compensate for its physical limitations, like the old and outdated style of carpet, wallpaper and furniture. It has this old world vibe to it and honestly, it pulls that off better than many hotels that cost significantly more for a sterile design. For the kind of traveler whose purpose is to be out in the city as much as possible and simply rest well once back in the room, this hotel does exactly that. Nothing more, nothing less. And that is perfectly enough. The gym genuinely surprised me. It does not feel like a typical hotel gym. It is well equipped, properly maintained, and feels like a real fitness facility. The sauna is a Finnish style electric sauna with rocks, which gives it a more authentic feel than the standard dry box you find in most hotels. The steam bath room is also available to use independently. For a budget hotel, these are serious amenities. The breakfast selection is good with decent variety, served with a nice city view from the 8th floor restaurant. The dining menu is affordable and genuinely tasty. The bar/coffee shop downstairs is a nice spot to unwind, though some cocktails on the menu like the Negroni may not always land as expected, worth sticking to what they know best. Now to be fair I initially considered giving it 3 stars. My upgraded room, while spacious, faced a construction wall. The door was a bit stiff to open and close. The room felt slightly dark and stuffy. And the bathroom faucet had a mind of its own in terms of direction (Room 3014). Minor things individually, but collectively noticeable for a room presented as an upgrade. What changed my mind was the people. The front desk team is fluent in English, genuinely warm, and actually engaged rather than just processing requests. Manager Nijat is super nice and her team of front desk. One specific moment made it clear why this hotel deserved the fifth star. On my way to catch my flight, I realized I had left my watch behind. It had fallen into the gap of the elevator shaft and I simply could not retrieve it in time. I left my contact and my tour guide's contact with the front desk, honestly not sure what to expect. Not only did they retrieve it, but Nijat personally coordinated everything and ensured it was safe. When I told them the full story earlier, we laughed about it together. That kind of genuine care is rare and it is what separates a good hotel from a memorable one. The spa team carried the same energy. The reception staff (guy) were accommodating throughout, towels, water, everything sorted without having to ask. The spa manager* (lady) was thorough and informative. And the lady who conducted my hammam session was incredibly sweet and professional despite the language barrier. The full traditional hammam experience; foam scrub, massage, the works, was humbling (like a toddler being washed by an auntie), therapeutic, and honestly better value than anything comparable in Dubai. Premium Park Hotel has room to grow. With some reinvestment in the physical space it could genuinely move up a category (once interior is bit invested on). But the foundation is already strong — built on people and service rather than aesthetics. If it continues to be recognized and promoted for what it does right, it will only get better through time. A hotel's physical quirks can be forgiven. What stays with you is how the people made you feel. At Premium Park Hotel, from the front desk to the spa to the restaurant, the hospitality was consistent, warm and sincere..
