In March 2026, we organized a children's football tournament. We chose this hotel for the event. For one week, we hosted about 100 football players and another 20 parents who came to cheer on their children. What can you say about our stay there? Everything was 10 out of 10! Check-in for each team took 5-7 minutes, although in my experience at other hotels, it sometimes took up to 20-30 minutes. The staff is friendly and speaks at least 3-4 languages, which greatly facilitated communication in some cases. Rooms. The hotel rooms are spacious, very comfortable furniture, and have all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is meticulous, and guests have never had any complaints or missed anything. Food. The food was 10 out of 10! The breakfast area comfortably accommodated up to 3 teams of children. A huge variety of baked goods, meats and side dishes, fresh vegetables, fruits, toppings, and much more. You'll definitely not go hungry, as you'll find everything you could possibly want. We also planned lunches and dinners with the teams through the hotel. Everything was done without any issues. Everything was prepared according to the menu we initially agreed upon. Even on one of the football players' birthdays, the hotel restaurant baked a cake for the entire team of children. Everyone was happy. Spa and gym. Regarding the spa, I personally didn't use the pool area, but one of the teams did. Both the children and adults were very happy. Also, since we planned the team's outings in advance, we were assigned a swimming coach who ensured everything was as safe as possible! The gym has two zones: a cardio zone and a strength zone. All the equipment is new and in good condition. Many of these machines aren't found in regular gyms, which was a pleasant surprise for me. The bar. The staff is very friendly. The prices are quite reasonable, no higher than in a regular cafe or restaurant with decent food. The wait for food after ordering is 10-15 minutes. You can eat in the lobby or order room service. Payment is available upfront or at the end of the meal. The conference room is also included in the price. It has everything you need for meetings and discussions. In our case, it was game analysis and tactical analysis. I also highly recommend this hotel to anyone who chooses to stay. A taxi to the city center takes 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions, but taxi prices are generally very reasonable in the city, so there are no problems. What I would add to the hotel is a VTB ATM for convenient and quick cash withdrawals if guests do not have a local bank card or a Visa or MasterCard.
