“Excellent all round experience”
From the start the experience was first class. We were picked up at the airport and on arrival at the hotel the reception staff and porters were friendly and accommodating. “Great staff”
Kassim and Teresia were carrying the place on their shoulders. They were very friendly, helpful, and quick. They also helped me print a form that I required for travel. The cleaning staff was also friendly and welcoming

“Room upgrade”
I was offered a room upgrade by the very hospitable check in staff. The room was huge with separate living room. The bed was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was well maintained and clean. I enjoyed my stay. In fact I should have stayed longer.
