Casp74 was a very last minute Mon-Fri booked break to Barcelona and we were really happy with our choice. Very spacious living and kitchen area on the ground floor which came with a large garden area with tables and chairs and loungers to use the space outside. Great for families and this gives you flexibility which staying in a hotel does not Casp74 is in a safe location not far off Passeig de Gracia with some of the higher end shops. We walked everywhere from here: Sagrada Familia day and late evening, La Rambla, Parc de la Ciutadella Place de Catalunya, Grand Marina and down to the beach to swim, Picasso Museum, Cathedral and several Gaudi houses: La Pedrera, Casa Batlo, Casa Calvet etc and there are at least 2 supermarkets around the corner for supplies when self-catering. We contacted Casp74 ahead of arrival to let them know we would be arriving very late and they confirmed they have a 24 hour reception desk who were extremely helpful. They can also arrange taxis to the airport on request.The apartments are serviced so were cleaned during our stay. The accommodation has plenty of room downstairs in the kitchen/diner with TV,sofa bed and dining table and upstairs the master bedroom was large with a large en suite. The smaller bedroom had bunk beds and the main bathroom was smaller than the en suite but worked well and no complaints. The rooms all come with shutters and blinds and air con which keep rooms cool and we had no trouble sleeping or mosquitos indoors. Some other reviews mention noise experienced through thin walls and we did notice this but it was fleeting and not enough to be disruptive. In fact our stay was very peaceful.The only thing worth mentioning to anyone thinking of booking is that I was bitten quite extensively by mosquitoes on the 2 occasions I sat in the shade in the garden at the table. This was a lesson learned for me as I had forgotten how much mozzies like me!!I stayed away for the rest of the holiday however other than that our stay at Casp74 was excellent and would happily stay here again and recommend to other travellers.

“Great stay, great location”

The apartments were very good, as we stayed there for 2 nights before and after our cruise. The first time, we were given an upgrade of 2 bathrooms by the front desk and it was really appreciated. The apartments were very good, as we stayed there for 2 nights before and after our cruise. The first time, we were given an upgrade of 2 bathrooms by the front desk and it was really appreciated. The next apartment was the one bathroom, but was more updated. Both stays were great. The location is perfect. It was quiet yet only a short walk to many stores and restaurants in La Rambla. The front desk was very helpful. They ordered taxi's for us, and recommended places to eat. A shout out to Jordi on the front desk, he went out of his way to help us.

“Clean Apartment for Family Stay”

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment which was located on the ground floor. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment which was located on the ground floor. The living and kitchen are on the lower floor ; all the bedrooms are on the second level- so you will need to carry luggages up to the bedrooms I felt the apartment was well equipped, well maintained and clean. Huge kitchen with cooking facilities. Washer is available. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom but the other 2 rooms shared a common bathroom They provide locker service if you arrive before check in time at 2pm The location is good, about 10 mins walk to Gothic quarter, La Sagrada Familia , La Rambla among others Many convenience stores and eateries can be found nearby A major issue I had with the apartment is the lack of soundproofing . We don’t hear street noise but loud conversations can be heard from next door guests ( extremely disturbing if they have an early checkout) . Even though the rooms are located on second level, sounds from the living and kitchen ( or the TV) can be easily heard in the rooms with door closed

“Expensive but perfect location”

CASP74 Was meet by a very nice and helpful receptionist, and got our room at 1. floor. The room (103) was very clean and large with two bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom and in total a very nice room. Whatever you which the receptionist wants to help you. CASP74 Was meet by a very nice and helpful receptionist, and got our room at 1. floor. The room (103) was very clean and large with two bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom and in total a very nice room. Whatever you which the receptionist wants to help you. The dishwasher is old, has rust inside and half of the dishes are dirty after a wash. It is a very loud hotel both from the hallway, other apartments and from the street.
