“Nice hotel”
The personal were very friendly and the location is really good, you are near to the downtown and can see too much things, I absolutely come back

“NHEixample Barcelona”
Hotel was located and generally acceptable. However, I had constant issues with the WIFI. I had to use my own data in the Hotel. This caused me to run out of data. Assistance offered was just plain weird and unsatisfactory.

Our criteria for collecting guest reviews
After getting home from the trip booked with us, the customer will receive an email asking them to review different aspects of each of the services booked. The system only allows the booking holder to complete this review and only once.
