“Terrible front desk clero”
I’ve been staying at this hotel for years and I have never had a bad experience until today. Camilo at the front desk was not only unprofessional and rude but did not have the room available he promised over the phone a day early. “Very handy position for us.”
Lovely area of Barcelona but mainly chose it for its location to family. Comfortable bed and air-con works ok. Staff variable - Carmelio is lovely! Not the best hotel we've stayed in but good enough. Barcelona hotels are not cheap at any time of the year, and this is no exception.

“Mixed review”
I do really think that this hotel is best for couple and business man, because it is really true that this hotel have done wonderfully with their room , it is less then with the mold in the bathroom, the soundproofing need to have an update, and dust is really unbearable.
