“Beautiful Gem / Hotel in Gothic Quarters”
We were fortunate enough to have an early check-in when we arrived. The staff at the front desk were very, very helpful and friendly. One in particular gave us a map and listed great coffee shops, restaurants, and suggestions of what to do in the area. An added bonus was to have a Wi-Fi hotspot box… more

Lovely hotel in perfect location with great breakfast (gluten free bread available). Fabulous terrace with pool and view, but loungers near pool often all taken by groups. “Water leak from ceiling”
Hotel is in a good location and very comfortable. In the 2nd night of my stay the ceiling started leaking water for 6 hours dripping all night. Yurbban trafalger wouldn’t recompensate me for that night. Instead they offered me a free $20 breakfast. That customer service must improve.
