“Lovely location opposite the park - good transport into city centre”
I had a single room which was fine - small but quite a large bathroom. The park opposite is fantastic, great for a stroll and so clean. “Not best experience”
Very unprofessional staff, especially reception and duty manager. When I was making a booking via phone, they didn't give me any details such as booking reference or else so when we arrived to the hotel they said that there is no booking in the system and had to search a new room for us on the spo… more
