People at reception were wonderful and our room was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. Fluffy towels, comfy pillows. Our room had VERY high ceilings and was decorated so tastefully. “Family vacation, first time in Bruges”
We loved everything about this hotel! The family room was perfect for a family of four, including 2 teen boys who enjoyed their own beds in the loft. Breakfast room has everything. Central location is the perfect spot to explore.

Return visit to Brugges, and return visit to Grand Casselburgh. Luxury hotel in city centre location. Easy access to main square and Burgh. Clean well appointed rooms.
