“Warm welcome and super customer service”
We were originally booked into the sister hotel, Hotel Harmony, but were moved to the Urbanist on arrival since Harmony’s aircon was out of order for the day. “Exceptional staff at Ghent Urbanist Hotel”
Everything was great with this hotel!! The staff was very professional, friendly, kind and most helpful with information, directions and suggestions. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great and very walkable. We loved Ghent and would highly recommend staying here!

I lived in Ghent city center for 2 years and know it well. There isn't a better hotel location if you want to be as close as possible while avoiding late-night street noise. “Great location”
Really great location only a few minutes walk from the centre. Very warm welcome when we arrived by the staff. Very quiet. Room was very spacious with lots of artwork on the walls. I found the bed slightly on the firmer side. Would definitely recommend if visiting Ghent
