“Excellent hotel”
Excellent hotel in a great location close to Friedrichstrasse Train Station. Room very clean and well appointed, staff are very helpful and friendly. Bar area is lovely for a drink or tapas lunch, food is very good.

“Great staff and great location.”
Stayed with my wife for 4 nights in May 2026, 16th - 20th. Really enjoyed the Hotel and the service in the "Level" was fantastic. Our breakfast time was made all the more enjoyable by Susi and Alex who were so attentive and helpful. Really great staff. Would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

“Melia Berlin is not Grand Melia”
Booked De Luxe room. Pillows and towels were poor quality. No walk in shower - had to climb into bath. Location good. Stayed in a Grand Melia previously - much different standard
