“WRC 2026”
Attended the World Retail Congress in a hotel across the street and it was a wise decision to stay at the Pullman Berlin. The customer service was outstanding and the hotel facilities were very well kept.

“Superb hotel”
We found this a superb hotel in a convenient location. Close to shops, bars and good public transport links. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Bar staff friendly. Cannot fault this hotel at all

“Great hotel!”
We stayed here for 4 nights and found the Pullman to be well located (very handy for the UBahn/SBahn and with a bus stop outside). “mediocre 4*. Definitely NOT 5*! Poor price/value….”
It is DEFINITELY not a 5 star hotel. A normal 4 stars TOPS. Rooms - dated, with scratched beds and paint falling of the ceelings in the toilet. Beds - wobbling (but mattresses and beds are are very comfy!!! Rooms are very hot at night . You need to turn the AC on but if you do it is laud as hell! … more
