“Top Customer Service”
We were due to stay end of May, but with the Coronavirus situation, our flights have just been cancelled. “Helpful staff and good transport links ”
Comfortable rooms and good WiFi connection. The breakfast was really tasty and the staff were so friendly and helpful - on hand to give advice, book taxis and keep our baggage safe so we could explore Berlin before our late flight. Thank you!

We spent 4 nights here in late January with friends to see the sights of Berlin. The area around it is currently under redevelopment and some areas are rather noisy and not so pleasing g to the eye! Before NYE we went for three days to Berlin, and we found this hotel which had good rates and an affordable parking lot fee per night.
