We have just spent 4 lovely days in Berlin. Our stay at the Wilde Apartments was really nice and well worth the money. The team of staff there were very welcoming and very helpful. It was very clean, kitchen had everything you could need, luxury toiletries were provided, all beds were made for our arrival and very comfy. It was lovely to come back to, at the end of our long days exploring. A good central point to stay with great public transport services. We would be very happy to come back and we can definitely recommend this place.

Perfect base to explore Berlin. Most of the city centre was within easy walking distances. But you could avail of 4 different U-Bahn stations, too. Perfect base to explore Berlin. Most of the city centre was within easy walking distances. But you could avail of 4 different U-Bahn stations, too. There are plenty of restaurants nearby that you can walk back from. No need to order taxis or even take the U-Bahn. We are a family of four and thought the apartments were well kitted out. Everything worked well and we have a cooked breakfast each morning in the apartment. There are two supermarkets within 8 minutes walking - a HIT and a Lidl to get your breakfast items. As we thought the hotel breakfast options were quite expensive for the four of us. Other reviews mention over heating, we had the ceiling fan on low speed, and it was perfect to keep us cool overnight. Customer service by the front of house team was personal and very caring. Special mention to Tiffany, who we interacted the most with, but the rest of the team were very responsive and helpful, equal to five-star hotel service. It is a limited service aparthotel, so bear that in mind. But modern travellers will feel perfectly at home here. As a hotelier myself, I would strongly recommend the Wilde Aparthotel and would be keen to stay with them at their other locations. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

We stayed here 26-29 Dec. Would have booked a 1 bed apartment if we’d have know that the sofa bed was actually a ‘twin bed’ set up. We opted for a two bed not knowing this and requested the top floor (3rd) for a good view. The team accommodated this without any issue. Very clean and warm. No issue … more

We stayed here 26-29 Dec. Would have booked a 1 bed apartment if we’d have know that the sofa bed was actually a ‘twin bed’ set up. We opted for a two bed not knowing this and requested the top floor (3rd) for a good view. The team accommodated this without any issue. Very clean and warm. No issue with noise inside. Beds very comfortable! Staff also very friendly and helpful. Greeted with a glass of complementary mulled wine on arrival. Great location. Could do with a bit more storage and hooks. We stayed in 308. Great size and made use of the kitchen facilities for tea. Would stay again without hesitation.

Great location, but a few disappointments with the customer service. To preface, we previously stayed at the Paddington location and had an excellent experience, which is why we chose to book here. We checked in early and were initially placed in a room that wasn’t ideal, but to their credit, staff moved us to a better room and refunded the early check-in fee. At check-in, we were told we could request anything to make our stay more comfortable. Since there is no housekeeping, we requested additional supplies on our second day for the remaining 2 days of our stay (coffee pods, tea, towels,toilet paper). We were surprised to learn there would be a charge for extra coffee pods—something that wasn’t made clear upfront. Additionally, being assisted primarily by AI via WhatsApp didn’t meet our expectations for customer service. Despite following up multiple times, we were unable to reach a human so had to venture to reception to reiterate our request. Overall, we expected the same level of service and transparency as our previous stay, but unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience at this location.
