Terranova converted apartments into a hotel and you really get a lot of value for what you paid for. I had a 2:30am flight so I booked a night here to relax until midnight and head out to the airport. The apartment was nice, the food at the restaurant was good and the staff was friendly. The one downside was that the wifi was deficient.

“Comfortable stay for 1 night”

My stay was only for 1 night since I had to catch a 7am flight the next morning. The location was great, 10 minutes to the airport which is 1 out of the 2 hotels near the airport (I believe). My stay was only for 1 night since I had to catch a 7am flight the next morning. The location was great, 10 minutes to the airport which is 1 out of the 2 hotels near the airport (I believe). I checked in late, 11pm, was greeted by friendly staff and easy check-in. The room was suite style with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom with tub, and comfy king bed. Breakfast was included in my booking.com reservation but I thought I would miss it since I had to leave by 6am at least. I come to find that breakfast started at 5am which was very nice and convenient. Fresh bread, pastries, eggs, cereal, juices, coffee, teas, a very nice spread. I would consider staying for more than 1 night next time. Although I'm not sure how far it is from the city center. Overall good experience for the 1 night. Check out was easy and taxi service on time for getting to the airport.

“Not bad, but not really a 5 stars hotel”

I spent one night in this hotel. The rooms are big and cleaned. But in general it does not look as a 5 stars hotel. It seems disused. We wanted to have dinner in the restaurant but we preferred to move to the city, because we did not liked it. Ok for one night, but do not expect a 5 stars hotel.

Check in was efficient; however, the room was somewhat difficult to find, and someone from the hotel had to guide me to the room. Check in was efficient; however, the room was somewhat difficult to find, and someone from the hotel had to guide me to the room. When I had to go back to the front desk, getting back to the room again was a challenge. Because my stay was just between flights, I did not have the chance to eat in the restaurant (which was closed during the time I was there). Taxi service between the hotel and the air[pst was efficient both ways, but that may have been because I arranged the return trip when I was at the airport.

I spent one night between flights in and out of Santa Cruz Bolivia at this hotel, arriving fairly late at night and leaving early in the morning (before breakfast, which was included in the room rate). While the room was clean and the bathroom and kitchen were adequately equipped, overall, the suite was dark and the furiture was a bit tired. The halls were lit only by a motion sensor, which made walking the hall a bit intimidating. The night clerk on the desk was friendly and accommodating, although his English skills were limited. The guard who showed me to my room was also pleasant, and very patient in showing me the trick of the door lock. The most challenging thing about the stay was the access to the room. The rooms are equipped with a very unusual kind of lock, which demands careful instruction to be able to operate correctly. It took me several tries to master the operation of the lock. However, the room was quiet and served the purpose of allowing me to get a few hours of sleep and a shower between flights.
