Amazing Experience at Kriva ćuprija hotel I have visited more than thirty countries and met great people, but the people of Mostar, especially at Kriva Ćuprija, top the list for many reasons. The hotel location is amazing, with a beautiful waterfall running through, flowers at two of the three entrances and a vast market filled with many handmade crafts at a fraction of what you will pay on the Dalmatian coast at the back of the hotel. Many historic sights you wish to see are 10 - 15 minutes on foot. The hotel team is out of this world—yes, for any request with a genuine smile on their faces. They are happy to serve and help you— the epitome of professionalism. They speak multiple languages. Breakfast was a feast; any food you wish to have is included in the breakfast buffet. I have stayed at Intercontinental, but Kriva Cuprija’s breakfast is far better —by a mile. They assist with luggage, calling a taxi, scheduling a private tour, and were willing to set up a large TV in the garden for us to watch the World Cup! Very attentive! For dinner—eat at the hotel; it is a unique experience! Far superior to the other restaurants we ate at. Many thanks to Miss Janah, Mr Aden (sp), Mr Demir, and a big thank you to the morning manager whose smile never leaves her face. Thank you from the depth of my heart. Don’t sell yourself short by seeing Mostar on a day trip — your loss.

Excellent experience. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was lovely.

Very good location in the central core of the restored old town around by the historic bridges. It made walking around very straightforward. Very good location in the central core of the restored old town around by the historic bridges. It made walking around very straightforward. It's a higgledy-piggledy old building, and my room was quite a way up a few flights of stairs, but close to a side access lane onto the street. I had parked the car in the Europark just opposite, so it worked out well. (Its €16 a day I recall) The air conditioning worked well eventually though, like the room, and bathroom it was a little old. The bed was fine and I slept well and there was no noise. The room overall was just a little tired and not as characterful as the rest of the hotel. Still, it was great value for money for such a super location. I had dinner one night and it was excellent and good value (cash only).
