“Excellent stopover but I would consider staying longer. Great pool”

We just had the one night here before a flight. Free shuttle to and from the airport. I could not find where to get the shuttle to the airport as the instructions weren't clear so got a taxi but the shuttle took us back to terminal 3 fine. Every 30 mins. For an airport hotel I was pleasantly surprised. It has a lovely pool bigger than many city hotels and plenty of sunbeds etc. There is an exec lounge that is large and comfortable open until midnight and has a happy hour. The building feels new and spacious. It has a 4-5 star feel. Rooms were great. Breakfast was a great spread with loads of choice hot and cold. We had a pizza at night, they recommended just one to share as they were very large, and together with a few strong caipirinhas the bill was very reasonable. I really thought it was a great airport hotel and I would have no hesitation staying again.

Good shuttle service. Great location close to airport. The hotel is clean and updated. The staff is great. And the buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The pool is clean. Plenty of chairs. My only complaint would be the bonvoy lounge is not well staffed at night. They literally put food out and it’s gone in 10 minutes but then takes another 30 minutes to replenish. I was there for 3 nights and it was the same every night.

Great staff and service We have stayed here three times in the past 4 months Every time I made reservations thru my Bonvoy mobile app Every time after checkout our reservation disappeared!!! No credit and not in our past stays folder First time it took months to obtain credits Now I am waiting... more

Great staff and service We have stayed here three times in the past 4 months Every time I made reservations thru my Bonvoy mobile app Every time after checkout our reservation disappeared!!! No credit and not in our past stays folder First time it took months to obtain credits Now I am waiting for last two stays credits I think that their system has a problem, not with staff I suggest that you check your credits after your stay

“Fairly tired.....”

A fairly standard and tired looking airport hotel. For places that are meant to be sound proofed it is fair from it. A fairly standard and tired looking airport hotel. For places that are meant to be sound proofed it is fair from it. The doors to rooms had to be slammed shut which meant you could hear noise late at night and early morning. We had a room overlooking the poll which also doubles as bar area in the evening and can hear every word. There was no complimentary water in the rooms. Rooms were very dated and in need of an update. Food was about the standard of an average UK food chain and not worth the money. The only really good points were that it had a really well equipped gym and free airport shuttle. I have not used other airport hotels here so nothing to compare it with but would try somewhere different if I returned.
