“Good rooms, bad service.”
We payed a good amount to stay here and de acomodations are good, but don't offer some kind of dish to warm some food in the microwave and wait almost 1 hour to replace the empty coffe bottle is very bad! We see costumers wating about 15 minutes for an empty table. Honestly, I don't recommend!

“Cost Benefit - OK”
Hotels in Ilhabela are expensive, so when you pay R$400/weekend/night, do not expect so much. Location is nice, in front of “rocky” small Portinho beach. Typical to Ilhabela, rooms are very small (and “crowded”) with quite small twin bed; Towels and pillows were 1-2 stars’ hotels (poor) quality.... more
