Monreal Aquatic Water Park Resort is an outstanding destination for families. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that everything about this resort is thoughtfully designed with families in mind. Nestled in the mountains, the resort offers breathtaking views of surrounding farms and countryside, creating a peaceful, refreshing atmosphere that feels like a true retreat from everyday life. The facilities are excellent for parents and children alike. The family bathrooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly practical, making daily routines with kids easy and stress-free. The kids’ break rooms are well-stocked, comfortable, and clearly planned to keep children engaged, relaxed, and happy throughout the day. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the children’s care team the “Tias.” Having dedicated staff who take care of the kids all day allows parents to genuinely rest, relax, and enjoy the resort. We were incredibly fortunate to have Tia Soneca, who was absolutely phenomenal with our children. She made them feel safe, welcomed, and deeply cared for from the very first day. As an English-speaking family, we were especially grateful that Tia Soneca went above and beyond by translating everything into English for us and our kids. Her patience, warmth, and genuine affection made a world of difference. By the end of our stay, our children had formed such a strong bond with her that on the last day, as they said goodbye, our son was in tears bawling—because of how attached he had become. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of care and emotional connection she provides. This resort doesn’t just accommodate families it celebrates them. Monreal Aquatic Water Park Resort delivered not only comfort and fun, but also trust, safety, and unforgettable memories for our children. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely be returning.

“Amazing experience”

It's my third experience there in four years. It was an amazing experience. They had improved a lot they structure turning all experience exceptional. The food experience turned so much better now because the Pé de Moleque's Restaurant garantee food all afternoon.

A tia Lilás conquistou de vez o coração dos meus filhos, e as outras tias — como Lola, Pipoca e Kiwi — também foram incríveis. Não tenho dúvidas de que vamos voltar. Meus filhos já estão pedindo para comemorar o aniversário aqui! Excellent hotel! Wonderful food, very pleasant and family-friendly atmosphere. My boys absolutely loved the water park — it’s fun, well-maintained, and very clean. The gym also deserves a special mention: 10 out of 10! The recreation activities were, without a doubt, the best we’ve ever experienced. “Tia Lilás” truly won my kids’ hearts, and the other staff members — Lola, Pipoca, and Kiwi — were also amazing. There’s no doubt we’ll be back. My children are already asking to celebrate their birthday.
