“Paulo and Naoia So Amazimg”
What a great place. Super friendly. In particular, the staff Paulo and Naoia were just amazing. I recommend 5 stars. I loved the vibe so much.

“Comfortable in many ways”
The Grand Mercure is wonderful! The rooms are modern and very comfortable and staff is very friendly and helpful. “Great place to have dinner!”
Food was gorgeous and the atmosphere was great. The only issue is the language, since the waitress only spoke Portuguese, but she made the job anyways. “Business Trip”
Great location and excellent staff. My booking happened at the same time some sort of conference was happening in the city and there was a big group in the hotel, so things got busy - but they managed. The elevators were under renovation, and tho that's a circumstance, the wait was pretty annoying.… more

I stayed at the Grand Mercure from Sunday till Friday for work. Staff are fantastic and speak a very good level of English.
