“Wonderful Stay for Families”
Great resort for a family holiday, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, and Monique always greeted us with a warm smile. We would happily recommend it!

“Perfect Conpany offsite at the Carmel Fortaleza Paradise”
I came in a group business trip and everything was absolutely perfect from the hotel. Monique and Tiago are perfect! They made everything very nice for us

“Relaxing retreat”
Second time and coudnt be better! Cleber at Breakfast is so sweet and kind. Hotel is amazing! Staff really friendly and attentive.
