“Comfortable, clean and safe .”
A great location .....just 2 blocks from " down town" . Private pools and parking . Breakfast shouldn't be better : fresh and healthy every morning. Just fares for you get in return. Not crowded and customer focused !

“Wonderful, Pleasant and Clean”
We stayed here on our first visit to Pipa and it was just wonderful. The villas are basically houses with 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths, kitchen, refrigerator and your private pool, just beautiful! “Good choice”
Well located, few blocks from downtown so it's not noisy. Good cafe da manha. The pool is much smaller than what the pictures shows...as usual but still good to have it. It's more like a double deck cabin than a hotel, with kitchen but almost not cookware. Just don't ask for room n°3, it's just nex… more

“Nice location”
Location is perfect, but hotel is overrated, definitely not 4 star, rather 2 star. Old accomodation, not even proper window to close at night but just wooden blinds which do not completely close. Very poor breakfast.
