“Great structure, best location”
We love the location -close to the best part of the historical centre- huge rooms, balcony, relaxed and chic environment. Great quality for reasonable price. Staff is polite and helpful, everything was amazing, except from impolite french guests, but that's not to be blamed to the hotel.

Grand São Luís is located at one end of the historic site of São Luís foundation, just beside the São Luís Cathedral and the Episcopal Palace. “Old (and bad) Hotel in fantastic Historic Center”
The hotel has a good structure, good pool, but the rooms are poorly maintained, lacking basic maintenance. The restaurant is good, the dishes tasty, but my order took over 1 hour to get to the table. Otherwise the service is slow but good and the staff very attentive.
