We received excellent service from Mr. Ribamar at the first-floor restaurant. Both during breakfast and lunch, he demonstrated his warmth and willingness to assist us with anything we needed and make us feel comfortable. From Tuesday to Saturday, he made us feel very welcome and eager to return. I must also mention that everyone at the reception desk was very attentive and empathetic to us, as we were visiting from abroad. “Clean, spacious rooms”

Stayed here 1 night for business. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bed was comfy, internet worked well. The lunch at the hotel restaurant was very tasty. The location seemed very safe. Overall, a nice stay at a very reasonable price.

I stay regularly in Alphavile and there is unfortunately no better choice. Blue Tree is the better one but see it as 3 star hotel. I stay regularly in Alphavile and there is unfortunately no better choice. Blue Tree is the better one but see it as 3 star hotel. It is clean, room are spacious, you have all the comfort but there is nothing about personality or emotions; it is a basic business hotel providing the basic services with a typical Brazilian buffet breakfast.

Our experience at the hotel started off a bit frustrating. After a long 13-hour flight, the last thing we expected was to face a very long line at check-in. It took us around 30 minutes before we could finally get to our room, which was quite exhausting after such a long journey. During the check-in process, no one informed us about the breakfast schedule, even though breakfast was included in our reservation. Because of that, we initially thought it hadn’t been included at all, which caused some confusion. Overall, the stay itself was okay and we had a good time for most of it. The breakfast was actually great, with a good selection, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our last morning left a negative impression. While we were in an area where there were no signs indicating that smoking was not allowed, a security guard approached us in a rather rude manner about it. After calling us out once, he did it again while we were simply walking back to our room, which made the situation quite awkward and uncomfortable. It was disappointing because it ended up overshadowing what had otherwise been a pleasant stay and left us with a less positive final impression of the hotel.
