“It's the little things”
Fast check in, reviewing the details on the wifi as well as on site amenities. Then I loved the churros that greeted me when I arrived in the room. I had traveled for 2 days to get there and that's the best welcome present if all time. Room was clean, great air conditioning.

The hotel location is great in Alphaville, next to Alphaville Commerical where there are many shops and restaurants. The hotel room itself is clean and tidy. “Not good at details... hard need too”
Hotel is ok for maybe a night or so... but 10 days was too much.. a lot of things just aren't great. First day after long flight ordered salmon and it was sufficiently under cooked that i stopped eating... so wanted them to pick it up and called 3 times and told front desk one and still no one got… more
