It’s a bit difficult to recommend this place and not to be confused as part of the staff :) We never expected or received this kind of attention ever. Not even in more expensive or luxurious hotels. Cristina and Patricia made the impossible for us to feel like home. We traveled with our one year baby girl (a noisy one) “fofinha” as they called her there. First we received a smaller room than we booked so Cristina offered us a courtesy upgrade to a bigger one. They placed us in a big amazing room with a small backyard and a jacuzzi, which made our stay at the hotel a great experience. Believe me when I say that the bathroom size is similar to a small room in other hotels of the area. If you have the opportunity don’t doubt to book in a luxury room at Pousada Design. They are amazing. The pool is big and nice decorated with leds by night. The garden is quiet, at least without my little girl around :) Complete and delicious breakfast, unbeatable and modern facilities. I try no to be repetitive but the attention of the staff is outstanding. Very close to Orla Bardot, about 300 m. in a very safe zone, with “vans” (a kind of cheap public transport) stop at 100m. We will definitely stay at Pousada Design again. Es un poco complicado recomendar este lugar y no sonar como parte de su staff :) Nunca esperamos ni recibimos esta clase de trato, incluso en hoteles más caros o lujosos. Cristina y Patricia hicieron lo imposible para que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Viajamos con nuestra bebé de un año (bastante ruidosa) a la cual llamaban “fofinha” en la posada. Al llegar recibimos una habitación más pequeña que la que teníamos contratada por lo que Cristina nos ofreció un upgrade de cortesía a una incluso más grande. Nos ubicaron en una habitación enorme con un pequeño patio y jacuzzi, lo cual hizo aún mejor nuestra experiencia en el hotel. Créanme cuando les digo que el tamaño del baño es similar a algunas habitaciones pequeñas de otros hoteles del área. Si tienen la oportunidad no duden en reservar una de las habitaciones de lujo en Pousada Design. Son increíbles. La pileta es grande y decorada con luces de led por la noche. El parque es muy tranquilo, al menos cuando mi bebé no está jugando :) Desayuno completo y delicioso. Inmejorables y modernas instalaciones. Trato de no ser repetitivo pero la atención del personal es sobresaliente. Muy cerca de Orla Bardot, a unos 300 metros, en una zona muy segura donde las “vans” un transporte público económico paran a 100 metros. Sin dudas volveremos a hospedarnos en Pousada Design.
