“VIP lounge use, nice food and kind staff”
I only used the VIP lounge as a benefit from the credit card, and was there for a short time, however, enough to say I received a very kind service from the staff and nice food, clean bathroom and a quiet environment to spend some time in peace before my flight.

It was an amazing experience. First of all, the staff were so nice and friendly. Gabriela and Felipe. They even helped me in checking and locating the gate for my connecting flight. The experience at the Tryp by Wyndham São Pauli Guarulos Airport was awesome. Robson was very helpful and friendly and made the stay memorable.
