“Fantastic”
The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff was very friendly and a shout out to Martha! She was very attentive, friendly, and engaging. I would recommend coming here to anyone! The pool is heated, the rooms are nice and the food was very good.

“Good rooms, bad service.”
We payed a good amount to stay here and de acomodations are good, but don't offer some kind of dish to warm some food in the microwave and wait almost 1 hour to replace the empty coffe bottle is very bad! We see costumers wating about 15 minutes for an empty table. Honestly, I don't recommend!

Hotels in Ilhabela are expensive, so when you pay R$400/weekend/night, do not expect so much. Location is nice, in front of “rocky” small Portinho beach.
